This is a new ‘pocket AIO' nappy for 2009. Designed as a BTP nappy it adjusts with a double row of poppers on the front to shorten the rise for a small baby. It fastens with rounded fold over aplix tabs which cross over the middle to give a perfect fit. It consists of a waterproof PUL outer layer with a bamboo inner nappy sewn at the front and sides to form a pocket with one fixed bamboo layer and a flap of two layers of bamboo, which folds back on itself into the pocket, this gives a total of 3 layers of absorbent bamboo. Also included is a loose bamboo booster (3 layers thick at the front and 2 layers thick at the back) that can also stuff neatly into the pocket if required. It sounds complicated on paper but is a really neat way of maximising the absorbent layers whilst improving drying speed. The perimeter fabric around the core is made from a unique ‘cotton feel' antiwicking polyester. This makes for a softer fit without compromising on the performance.
