advice and support

Mamigreen offers ongoing cloth nappy advice and support for as long as you need it - even if you didn't buy your nappies from this shop. Starting to use cloth nappies when you are ready will increase your chances of success with them.  For most people if they do have any problems, it will usually be during the first few weeks of use.  Please call or email me whenever you feel the need and I will always be happy to help.

nappuchinos

I hold a nappuchino at Cafe Junior (Cardiff, CF24 4EH) on the first Friday of every month from 10am - 12.15. Drop in for a chat and demo of cloth nappies and accessories, eco disposables and organic babycare. Its a great way to meet other like minded mums / mums to be over a cuppa.


home demonstrations

If you live in Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan, Caerphilly, Bridgend, South Rhondda Cynnon Taf, North Pembrokeshire or South Ceredigion you will benefit from a home nappy demonstration.  This is a free, no obligation to buy service and you don't even need to go out of the house!  During the visit, which usually takes about 1¹/₂ hours, you will have the chance to see and feel all the nappies that mamigreen stocks.  Advice will be tailored towards your personal needs so that if you decide to buy, you can be confident that you have chosen the right nappy for your baby, lifestyle and budget.  Please contact Rhian to book.

baby shower party

Preparing for the birth of your baby is a happy and enjoyable time which is why a 'baby shower party' may be fun and rewarding for you.  If you fancy the idea of a free home nappy demonstration and think some of your friends would be interested too then this will be great for you because as the host you will receive 5% off your purchases. If the group spends more than £300, you will also receive a gift for your baby.


try before you buy pack

If you have decided to use cloth nappies but cannot decide on which nappy to go for, then this service will suit you.  You can choose up to 3 different nappies and 1 white PUL wrap to try. They will be sent to you freshly laundered along with a washable wipe to try for free and a handful of free disposable liners. Trial period is for a maximum of 2 weeks.  Although the nappies and wraps won't be new, they will be in good condition and are hygienically clean.

Charges for this service include;
a flat administration fee of £5 (to cover washing and wear and tear)
hire cost of £1.50 per item trialled for the 2 weeks
a deposit of £40 refundable upon return of pack
cost of Royal Mail second class postage
Upon return of the pack, your deposit will be refunded, minus the administration fee and hire cost. Additional charges may be applied for damages or for late returns. Please see small print for terms and conditions.

SPECIAL OFFER
If at the end of the trial, you decide to order from mamigreen, I will offset the hire cost against your first purchase.  So all in all the trial pack may only cost you £5 plus postage.
